How do I book?
Booking is easy! When you contact us, we will first make sure we are available for your wedding date. If we are available, we will send you our current packages and investment information. We will also schedule a call to answer any questions you might have and also make sure we are a perfect fit for you. After that, it's just a matter of e-signing a contract, paying a 50% retainer and then you will be officially booked and on our calendar.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do offer payment plans on our top tear packages. We understand the investment you are making into your wedding and try to be as flexible and possible. We can break your payments up into 3 to 4 payments if necessary but please understand, full payment will be required at least 30 days before your wedding date.
Do you travel?
We love to travel! If you have a destination wedding anywhere in the US or abroad, just let us know the exact location and venue and we will be more than happy to check our availability. There will be a travel fee on top of our normal rates but we do love to travel so we will alway make sure to keep the travel expenses as low as possible.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on many different things like, peak wedding season, how many photos were taken, the length of the film included in your package etc. Usually teaser films and sneak peaks of photos are available 2 days after the wedding date. Full photo galleries are usually available 2 weeks after the wedding date. Highlight films are usually delivered within 2 weeks and feature films delivered within 4 weeks. Please understand, we feel quality is more important than delivering quickly just to make a set deadline. We will alway take the necessary time to make sure your photos and films are the best we can possible make them.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all electronic debit and credit card payments through Stripe, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we can definitely refer you to just about any vendor you could possible need. Being in the wedding business for over 12 years has given us the opportunity to work with and get to know many professionals who are the best at what they do. Just let us know what you are needing and we will get you in contact with our preferred vendors.
